In your initial meeting, SD’s talent and strengths assessment shows how you learn best and how you understand the world outside. This is critical for setting up your unique communication style that fits easily into your business and daily life. We will then teach you skills based upon you’re the solutions you seek by focusing on the strategies that suit you best.

 

The first session will include some combination of the following information and processes:

• Stress and Anxiety Relief

• Understanding Your Core values and how they shape your perspectives

• NLP for removing business and/or personal obstacles

 

Consulting sessions last 1-1½ hours
